Returns

100% Satisfaction Guarantee means you can exchange or return any new and unused item in the condition it was received, for up to 1 week hassle free. The bottom line is we sell fun and we don’t want you to be stuck with something you don’t want. New items will need to be returned in their original manufacturers packaging along with tags intact.   

We also understand if the gear doesn’t perform or fit to your liking. As soon as you know you are not satisfied, you may return your item within 1 week. Should your item have a defect, please contact our Customer Service team prior to returning to facilitate a warranty claim with the manufacturer.

Step 1: All returns must include original manufacturers packaging and tags.

 

Step 2: Complete the Returns form as to the reason for your return.

 

Step 3: Return back your item(s) in its original packaging. Please make sure the package is well protected.

 

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. If you would like to re-order the item after returning, customers are responsible for the shipping costs.

Exchanges

If you are returning an item with the intent on exchanging, the easiest way to complete an exchange is to simply return your item for a refund and place an order for the new item you would prefer.


Refunds

New items that are returned will receive a refund. All returns are processed for the original price of the purchase minus bank transfer commission fee (3%); the original shipping charge is not refunded. The processing time for a return is 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday excluding holidays) upon receipt of your item(s). Please contact our Customer Service team prior to making your return. We will take care of it from there.
